What is Applied Kinesiology?
AK is a system using muscle testing for evaluating areas of dysfunction within the body. It uses the principle that the body is a self-maintaining, self correcting mechanism.
Treatment may involve nutritional support, homeopathic remedies, manipulative work and treatment to aid stress-related problems.
The Triad of Health
Health is composed of structural, chemical and mental / emotional factors which must be equally balanced to maintain this ‘Triad of Health’.
Ill health will involve at least one of these factors, often two and sometimes all three. The principle of AK is to check and analyse each of the three and treat any or all that are disrupted in order to return you to complete fitness.
