POLARITY THERAPY

Polarity therapy aims to restore balance to currents of energy that flow through and around the body. It views illness and disease as the effects of blockages in the flow of energy in the body. It provides a wide range of techniques for unblocking this energy and aids the return of good health. It is a holistic approach encompassing body, mind, and spirit. Its roots lie Ayurvedic and Chinese traditional medicines as well as modern chiropractic and osteopathic practices.

MASSAGE

Massage is the ancient art of healing through touch. Its effectiveness has been noted on every continent for thousands of years. It is well known as a safe, effective and accessible form of treatment for a wide range of ailments experienced by all. Using a combination of relaxing and toning strokes, massage works with the body’s regenerative capacities.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a technique of manipulating the feet and hands in order to improve circulation, ease pain and increase relaxation in the body. It is based on the theory that all body parts, organs and glands are associated with specific areas called reflex zones in the hands and feet which serve as a sort of mini map of the body.
